Stage 1 – Register your details

Stage 2 – Choice of the subscription and payment online

Subscribe to one or several additional services (notification, last wishes, scheduled messages) – Go to stage 4


Validate the payment stage by entering the bank details requested (secure payment)

Confirmation of your subscription will be carried out by sending a pre-completed e-mail to your entity and member number, which you will receive by e-mail on registration.
This letter, called the "Official form for the launching of procedures” must be given to at least one person of your choice (family member or friend), called “physical person” or another body (notary or lawyer, specialist service), called a “legal entity”. The physical person or legal entity must fill in the information requested (details and signature) to attest to and validate the document, and only in this event send* this letter to messavista.com  informing us of your tragic death.
The letter, the "Official form for the launching of procedures”, can be downloaded from “Your space”. 
Only receipt of this letter will allow the distribution of your messages and the other obligations requested beforehand on registration (additional services)

* All messages and information passed on will remain under the full responsibility of their distributor.

Stage 3 – Creation and consultation of your messages  

Identification through your member number and password (in the event of re-connection)

Click on the “Your space” tab.

To create messages, click on “add a new message.

Enter the details of your recipients (name, mobile phone number, e-mail...) and define how  Messavista will contact them. " Notification message"
IMPORTANT: Your messages will remain strictly confidential (modifications possible at any time in your personal space, secured by your password), through the “manage your messages” link. This allows you to update, if necessary, the general details of recipients (e-mail, mobile phone number….) of the contents of your text.

Your can draft a stock message which can be read by each of your recipients, or personalise each message and accompany it with a photo or video of your choice.
Messages will only be sent posthumously and only to the people in question, exclusively on receipt of the formal announcement of your death, by the "Official form for the launching of procedures".
The information collected (text messages, photos and videos…) will have access limited (access code) so that only the people you have designated can access their own message.

When the procedure is launched, and following receipt of the letter, prior to messages becoming available, for diplomacy and ethical reasons, a “Notification message” will be sent to each recipient, containing their personal access code (user name + password) in the way you have chosen (E-mail, SMS or postal letter).
This first message will enable recipients to access the www.messavista.com site and see the services it offers.
Using their personal code, your recipient can thus, from the “view a message” tab, consult, download and print, at will, your posthumous message.

Stage 4 – Additional services

Following the same procedure, for each of these services and for ethical reasons, a “Notification message” is first sent to your recipients, containing a personal access code (username + password) in the way you choose (E-mail, SMS or postal letter) so they can read your message online.

- Notification message 
The possibility of informing your most distant acquaintances of your tragic death (indicate their details).

 - Your last wishes for the ceremony (type and place of funeral, choice of music, choice of flowers...).
Possibility of passing on your last wishes to different recipients.
(Enter the details of 3 recipients of your choice).

- A service where you can send deferred and scheduled messages on exact dates (birthday of a child or parent, wedding anniversary, memorable date, date of a meeting...).
After you die, the site can distribute messages in your memory to close friends or family on important dates.
Enter the details of your recipients and write them a message with the predefined date it is to be sent on.
